Large lids eg. ice cream, butter or margarine can be placed loose in the recycling bin.
Place small, rigid plastic items inside a milk bottle (eg. plastic lids and bread tags). Once full, put a lid on the bottle and place in the recycling bin.
Steel lids can be placed inside a steel can and the top squeezed shut to prevent it from falling out.
Alfoil, clean, should be shaped into a fist-sized ball.
Place all recyclables loose in the bin, not in a plastic bag!
