Recycling Tips

Place loose recycling into your yellow lid recycling bin. Containers only need to be rinsed slightly. Labels can be left on at and leave lids on if they are made from the same material as the body of the container - for example plastic lids can be left on plastic bottles and containers. Put lids in separately if they are made from a different material eg. glass jar and plastic or metal lid. For more information on what can be recycled, check out Council's website www.tweed.nsw.gov.au
