The City offers different bin sizes and types to suit your needs. To help increase the separation and recovery of recyclable materials, the City promotes the use of the optional green waste bin and the upgrade to the larger 360 litre recycling bin. Kerbside Service - General Waste
Additional Info

The following items should not go in your general waste bin:

·NO building materials, bricks, tiles or large timber off-cuts

·NO corrosive or acidic chemicals

·NO electrical appliances

·NO tree stumps or uncut palm fronds

·NO motor parts or car batteries

·NO liquids, paints, oils or solvents

·NO sand gravel or concrete

·NO hot ashes

·NO weeds with clumps of soil

·NO used syringes, needles or sharps that are not inside a sealed impermeable container.

·NO batteries
